Last Updated October 10, 2022
Your privacy is important to Sphene Studios, Inc. (“Sphene”, or “us” or “we”) and we take our obligations regarding your privacy seriously.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and other process any personally identifiable information (“personal information” or “personal data“) when you access or use our website at www.sphene.com and when you use our mobile app and any other online services we make available (collectively, the “Services”). The categories of information we collect will depend on your interactions with us.

If you create an account with us, attend one of our demonstrations or webinars, sign up to receive our newsletters, fill out a form to contact us, or submit a support request, we collect the information you provide, which may include personal information such as: (1) your first and last name, (2) organization name, (3) job title, (4) email address, (5) phone number, (6) location information including state/province and country, and (7) where applicable, a user-generated password for your account.
If you engage in transactions using our Services, we will receive information as needed to complete sales transactions which may require your blockchain address, however details of your payment card information will be handled by a third-party payment processor and will not be collected by Sphene.
We also collect personal information and content if you connect your Sphene account with a third-party service such as a crypto wallet provider or social media account. You may choose to provide other information as part of your profile on Sphene. Further, if you provide us with feedback or otherwise contact us (e.g., in response to an employment opportunity posted), we will collect your name and contact information, as well as any other content or information included in or attached to communication in order to reply.
We may combine the information we collect from you with information we obtain from public sources, partners, and other third parties, and use such combined information and inferences in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information We May Collect via Technological Means.
Our systems can automatically collect certain technical data about your device, location, and software, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, domain name, device ID, crypto wallet type, and/or a time stamp of your visit. We automatically gather this data and store some or all of it in log files each time you visit our site or access your account on our network.
A feature of our Services is the ability to associate a unique, non-fungible token (“NFT) with a collectible or other physical item, and to track and make available through the Services a record acquisitions and transfers of the NFT recorded in public blockchains. This creates an on-chain method to prove a verifiable provenance for individual items when NFTs are transferred to the buyers or transferees of the physical item. By scanning a designated brand or mark on the item using the Sphene app, an augmented reality hologram identifies it as well as the current listed owner of the associated NFT. A record of transactions is also associated with user profiles on Sphene. Information on the item and profiles of the parties who have acquired and transferred ownership of the NFT are kept permanently and available to anyone using the Sphene Services. We cannot edit or delete any information that is stored on a blockchain as we do not have custody or control over any blockchains. The information stored on the blockchain may include purchases, sales, and transfers related to your blockchain address and NFTs currently held or previously held at that blockchain address.
If you make a purchase using our Services, we will collect the information necessary to process and deliver your purchase which may require your blockchain address, however Sphene does not collect payment card information which is handled by a third-party payment processor.
